“Digital India campaign is important for the country”

Hearts are screaming “we want water”, “we need electricity”, “we need women

empowerment in our country” and “we need education”. So many demands to turn India

over a new leaf. ”Digital India campaign-important for the country” is like the cock and

the bull story.

“Children are like clay”-it is the education provided which molds their personality and

makes them a better citizen. Government is starting a digital India campaign in which

the government aims to provide internet services to 2.5 lakh villages.

British came and looted India, when they left, they left nothing behind, but sixty nine

years is a long time to cover the gap between developing and developed. One may say

that digital India campaign will help in the country’s development, It is also quite

generous of the government to think about the people but logical thinking is found

nowhere in this project. Government must understand that it is always better to travel

with the list of boons and banes in the road of life.

Do we have enough resources, known as money to start the project and help in its

continuation?

In villages the presence of child marriage, killing of the girl child, not sending the

daughter of the house to schools is still felt .There aren’t enough schools in villages.

Even if the government sets up this project will the orthodox people accept the change

so fast? Are there sufficient schools? Normally people don’t send their children to

school so what is the guarantee that they will send their kids to school even after the

project is launched? Are the conditions of schools proper so that students can study

there? There are social, infrastructural and other important issues like basics of

education and literacy which are pending for long and need to be addressed before we

jump to the other which are economically difficult to achieve. If the people don’t have the

access to basic education how will they use the higher technology?

To make the roots of my argument stronger, I would like to add that swacch bharat

abhiyan started in 2014 had an impact on the peoples mind, but look around you “are

the surroundings clean?”

In 2014, Respected Prime Minister Narender Modi gathered people, even the film stars

to clean the roads but what happened in 2015 except for vehicles no one was seen on

the roads, if the government cannot even complete one mission how will it start the other?


Scientist suggests that Wi-Fi rays are cancerous. So making Wi-Fi free and available at

every corner will not only increase the education standards but also health issues and

cybercrime.These situations will pull India inside a cage.


  The conclusion arises that we first need to finish the project that we started, we need

to provide basic education accessible  to all and then only jumping to complex steps

because an empire cannot be built by just bricks ,you  need cement to make it stronger .

Digital education cannot improve the status of the country unless and until basic

education is provided.

                       In a poem, everything is not what it seems.All you need to do is relate.

YOUTH,
THE TIME WHEN GIRLS GO SHOPPING AND BOYS WEAR SUIT.[FORMAL DRESS ,COAT AND PANT]

WHY PEOPLE KILL GIRLS ?
THEY MUST KNOW THEY ARE LIKE PEARLS.

WHY THERE IS CORRUPTION ?
WHY GOVERNMENT ACTS AS A MACHINE OF MONEY CONSUMPTION?

WHY THERE IS NO SYSTEM?
WHY PEOPLE SHOW OTHERS CRITICISM?

WHY ARE PEOPLE HARASSED?
WHY THERE IS CHILD LABOR AND CHILD MARRIAGE ?

WHY FROM FEAR IDEAS ARE CLOSED IN A ROOM?
WHY WOMEN ARE ALWAYS DESCRIBED AS AN ICON WITH A BROOM?

I HAVE RAISED THESE QUESTIONS FOR ALL.
FOR YEARS THE ANSWER OF THESE WERE KNOWN,
BUT WHY ALWAYS EXCEPT OF ANY ACTION SYMPATHY WAS SHOWN ?

BUT NOW WE YOUTH WILL DO SOMETHING,
TO CHANGE THIS SYSTEM WHICH IS GOOD FOR NOTHING

A SINGLE YOUTH CAN ALSO TURN THIS COUNTRY OVER A NEW LEAF, BUT THERE IS SOMETHING WE CALL A TEAM.
LET ALL TOGETHER MAKE THIS COUNTRY A PLACE TO STAY WITH GAY.

Many of us have read the book "A house on the mango street."I made a poem which gives an exact summary of what the story of " A house on the mango street " is all about. Actually this was a project of one of the additional course I am doing so I hope you like it.[ plzz do coment]

A house on the mango street

We bought a new house,

Our situation here is like, in storm a homeless mouse.

The house is on the mango street,

Where  life of a female  is like a poor country being attacked by a thousand soldier’s fleet.

Where ladies are ranked below animals feet.

Where Women are tortured and abused,

Told they are nothing and will always be used.

Where Life of a woman is crippled,

And her joys are nibbled.

I  Esperanza, want to fly to a place away from Mango Street,

Because life here is as hard as breaking concrete.

I want to float my boat away from Mango Street,

Because to my lost joy,

I need to meet.

I want to escape from Mango Street,

Because I no more can sit near the devils seat.

But my 3 spiritual sisters say;

Let the houses in the mango street turn over a new leaf.

I have realized,

For the sake of humanity, I need to fight,

I will work day and night,

To make mango street a place where,

Women can happily survive,

#1 Lets start with knowing some new words.

1] Ambidextrous- Able to use both hands with skill.
 -   pronunciation  is  Ambeedextruss

 -   The easiest way to learn this word is reminding oneself of the famous movie character "Virus" of 3        idiots. Virus could write with his left as well as right hand which means he was able to use both            hands with skill therefore he was an ambidextrous person. 

2]   Apathy - Lack of interest or concern

 -    pronunciation is appuhthee

 -   the easiest way to learn this word is reminding yourself that you are sitting in your history class  

     and you are told to learn all the dates given in the chapter so you are showing apathy towards the          subject and you are apathetic towards the subject.

3]  Austere- Stern,plain,without luxuries

 -  pronunciation-awsteer

 -  the easiest way to learn this word is reminding yourself  that when we go on camps we dont have        any air conditioner,heater,fan etc we have to live without luxuries. Our life on a camp is austere.
